Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Courses (Online/Offline)

Fees once paid are non-refundable.

In case of duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

If a batch is cancelled by the academy, students can opt for a 100% refund or reschedule.

2. Resume Builder Service

As this is a digital service, once the resume is delivered, no refund will be issued.

If there is an error from our side (wrong format, incomplete delivery), corrections will be made free of cost.

3. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

All refund requests must be raised at support@spotonenglish.in with proof of payment.
